The 2026 order book overview
Benetti enters 2026 in a fundamentally different position from the German and Dutch builders that dominate the upper end of the market. Lürssen and Feadship operate under a veil of confidentiality — vessel identities rarely confirmed before delivery, order books deliberately opaque. Benetti, by contrast, publishes its model range openly, exhibits at every major boat show, and actively markets both its semi-custom and custom programmes to prospective buyers.
The result is an order book that can be discussed with some specificity. The Azimut|Benetti Group has held the number-one position in Boat International's Global Order Book — ranked by total length of yachts under construction — continuously since 1999. That position is maintained by a combination of the Azimut production line (smaller vessels) and Benetti's superyacht output. Within the Benetti brand alone, the yard is understood to have between 25 and 35 yachts at various stages of construction across the Viareggio and Livorno facilities, with deliveries scheduled through 2028.
Among the projects in the pipeline are multiple hulls in the B.Now and B.Century families, several B.Yond explorer-style yachts, and at least two full-custom projects above 60 metres at the Livorno yard. The yard also has spec builds — yachts started on speculation for faster delivery to buyers who want a new vessel without a multi-year wait — available for near-term delivery with interior personalisation still possible.
Active model ranges
Benetti's current production programme is the broadest of any superyacht builder, spanning six model families across two construction materials and two yards. Understanding the range is essential for any prospective buyer — the differences between families are not just cosmetic but reflect fundamentally different hull platforms, construction methods, and delivery timelines.
| Family | Models | Length range | Material | Build time | Starting price (approx.) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CLASS | Motopanfilo 37M, Diamond 44M, Motopanfilo 45M | 37–45m | GRP composite | 18–24 months | ~€17M |
| OASIS | Oasis 34M, Oasis 40M, Oasis 42M | 34–42m | GRP composite | 18–24 months | ~€17M |
| B.NOW | B.Now 50M, 60M, 67M, 72M | 50–72m | Steel / aluminium | 24–36 months | ~€25M |
| B.YOND | B.Yond 37M, B.Yond 57M, Limited Edition 40M | 37–57m | Steel / aluminium | 24–36 months | ~€20M |

All steel-hulled models can be specified with Benetti's E-Mode hybrid propulsion system. All GRP models are built at Viareggio; all steel/aluminium models at Livorno. For context on how these prices compare across the industry, see our superyacht cost guide.
New models launching in 2026
Benetti continues to expand its range with several new models either entering production or expected for first delivery in the 2026–2027 window:
Motopanfilo 45M
The newest addition to the CLASS family, the Motopanfilo 45M extends the retro-inspired design language of the Motopanfilo 37M — which draws on 1960s nautical aesthetics — into a larger platform. At 45 metres, it will be built in GRP composite at Viareggio and is expected to enter production in 2026 with first deliveries in 2027. The model fills a gap between the Diamond 44M and the steel-hulled B.Now 50M, offering buyers a larger composite option without crossing the threshold into metal construction.
Oasis 42M
A new size step in the Oasis range, sitting between the existing 40M and the B.Now 50M. Features the signature Oasis Deck stern concept — fold-out wings, infinity pool, 270-degree views — on a slightly larger platform that allows for additional guest accommodation and crew space. GRP composite, built at Viareggio.
B.Now 60M Oasis
The B.Now family expands with a 60-metre model that fills the gap between the established 50M and 67M. Steel hull, aluminium superstructure, built at Livorno. Available with the Oasis Deck option and E-Mode hybrid propulsion. Expected first delivery 2027.
B.Yond 57M
The explorer-influenced B.Yond range grows significantly with a 57-metre model — substantially larger than the existing 37M and designed for serious long-range cruising. Steel hull, aluminium superstructure, E-Mode hybrid propulsion standard. The 57M represents Benetti's most direct play for the expedition yacht market currently served by builders like Damen Yachting (SeaXplorer) and specialist explorer yards. Expected delivery 2027.
B.Yond Limited Edition 40M
A limited-production variant of the B.Yond platform at 40 metres, offering the explorer aesthetic and hybrid propulsion in a more compact package. Steel and aluminium construction. Expected delivery 2027.
B.Now 72M Oasis
The flagship of the B.Now family at 72 metres — the largest semi-custom model Benetti offers. Steel/aluminium, Oasis Deck, E-Mode hybrid. At this size the vessel competes on amenity and specification with many full-custom yachts from rival builders. Expected delivery 2027.

The full-custom programme
Benetti's custom programme — yachts from 48 metres to over 100 metres, built to individual owner briefs at the Livorno facility — is where the yard competes directly with Lürssen, Feadship, and Oceanco. The Giga Season of 2019–2020 demonstrated that Benetti has the physical capacity and project management capability to build multiple yachts above 100 metres simultaneously — a capability that very few yards worldwide possess.
Custom projects begin from a blank sheet. The owner selects an independent exterior designer — or works with Benetti's in-house design team — and the project progresses through concept, preliminary design, contract, detailed engineering, build, and delivery. The Livorno facility offers 30,000 square metres of covered production area and 190,000 square metres of total site area, sufficient for simultaneous construction of multiple large yachts.
Build times for custom projects are 36–60 months depending on vessel size and complexity. A 60-metre custom Benetti will typically take three to four years; a project above 80 metres will take four to five years. Projects above 100 metres — of which the yard has delivered three — involve timelines of five years or more.
Custom pricing is negotiated individually. As a general guide, a 60-metre custom Benetti begins from approximately €60 million; an 80-metre vessel from €80–100 million; and projects above 100 metres are priced in the hundreds of millions. These are indicative ranges — actual pricing depends on specification, interior complexity, and the choice of designer. For broader pricing context, see our cost to build a superyacht guide and the detailed custom vs semi-custom comparison.

How to order a new Benetti
The path to a new Benetti depends on which programme you're entering.
Semi-custom models (CLASS, OASIS, B.NOW, B.YOND, B.CENTURY) are ordered through Benetti's commercial team, typically via a specialist yacht broker or directly through the yard. The process begins with model selection, followed by a configuration phase in which the buyer specifies interior layout, materials, equipment, and optional systems (including E-Mode hybrid propulsion). Benetti offers its 'Yachtique' styling service — a curated interior design programme that allows owners to select every finish, fabric, and fixture from a portfolio of premium suppliers including Loro Piana, Poltrona Frau, and Minotti.
Semi-custom build times range from 18 months (smaller GRP models) to 36 months (larger steel/aluminium models). Some spec builds — yachts started on speculation by the yard — may be available for faster delivery with interior personalisation still possible. Ask about available hulls when making initial enquiries.
Full-custom projects begin with a conversation — either with Benetti directly or through a specialist new build broker or project manager who represents the buyer throughout the process. The initial phase involves a design brief, feasibility assessment, and the appointment of an exterior designer (chosen by the buyer). Once the concept is approved and the contract signed, the project moves into detailed engineering and construction.
For custom projects, owner's representation is strongly recommended. The complexity of managing a multi-year build at 60 metres and above — across engineering, classification, design, subcontractor coordination, and financial milestones — requires dedicated professional oversight. Most experienced buyers at this level appoint a project management company or an independent captain with new build experience.
To begin a new build conversation with Benetti, the Benetti official website provides direct contact for the commercial team. For broader guidance on the new build process, see our how a superyacht is built guide and the superyacht build timeline. Classification for new Benetti builds is typically handled by Lloyd's Register or RINA, ensuring compliance with MCA Large Yacht Code for vessels intended for charter operation.
For buyers weighing a new build against a brokerage purchase, SuperYachtReview lists all available Benetti yachts for sale on the secondary market — approximately 145 vessels at any given time, offering immediate availability versus the multi-year timeline of a new commission.
